7.3 Effects of Termination

• Return of client files and documents
• Final billing and payment reconciliation
• Continuation of confidentiality obligations
• Transfer to new counsel if requested

8.1 Informal Resolution

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns. Many issues can be resolved through open communication and mutual understanding.

8.2 Mediation
